The USAID-funded Morodok Baitang Activity in Cambodia, implemented by Tetra Tech International Development (www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest for qualified candidates to fill various technical positions.

Morodok Baitang will work with natural resource-dependent communities, the private sector, civil society, and other development partners to mitigate climate change, enhance biodiversity, increase economic development, and strengthen natural resource governance. In addition, Morodok Baitang will leverage private sector partnerships with communities to support conservation, promote climate-sensitive development, and enhance economic opportunities for communities whose livelihoods depend on forests.

Tetra Tech seeks experienced candidates for the following positions noting that all positions require fluency in Khmer, professional proficiency in English, and computer literacy:

The Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) Manager provides strategic guidance and leadership to a technical team of experts to define and oversee the implementation of a CLA strategy including oversight of high-quality knowledge products. S/he manages staff responsible for Communications and Monitoring and Evaluation, serves as a member of the Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Chief of Party.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or higher in biodiversity, natural resource management, climate change, related, adult learning, communications, or related field

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing multi-disciplinary development teams and supporting long-term learning and adaptive management on natural resources management, biodiversity or climate change topics

*Experience in designing and facilitating learning events for donors, governments, and civil society organizations working on natural resource management

*Experience working with communications and capacity building teams to scale up and communicate best practices

The Governance Manager provides thought leadership and oversees implementation of community and environmental governance activities with community-based organizations (CBOs). S/he designs capacity building approaches with GESI and Communication/Outreach Specialists and oversees their implementation.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or higher in or higher in biodiversity, natural resource management, climate change, related research, adult learning, communications, or related field

*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position with an NGO or an international organization is required

*Demonstrated ability to provide training or capacity building to natural resource-based community-based organizations

The Community Engagement Specialist works closely with Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Specialist and other technical staff to develop appropriate community engagement approaches. S/he will maintain active relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs), and build the capacity of staff, partners and grantees in community engagement best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (social sciences, natural resource management, agriculture)

*Minimum of 5 years working with community-based organizations though an NGO or other donor-based program

*Demonstrated ability to build relationships with CBOs

The Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Officer supports the Private Sector Relations Manager and PSE Finance Specialist to engage, promote, and maintain active participation of private sector entities in Morodok Baitang’s activities. S/he will conduct research, support appropriate outreach, and arrange meetings and events.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or a related discipline

*Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

*Demonstrated research abilities

The Value Chain Specialist engages with community members, conservation enterprises, private sector companies, and other VC actors to support technical assistance for environmentally friendly VC and sustainable livelihood interventions.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, business, agriculture, or a related discipline

*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position with an NGO or an international organization is required

The Environmental Compliance Specialist ensures the Activity’s compliance with USAID’s and RGC’s environmental regulations. Responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, mitigating, and reporting on environmental impacts from Activity interventions, leading the development of the Activity’s Environmental Monitoring and Mitigation Plan (EMMP), and training staff, grantees, and other stakeholders as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

*Relevant university degree preferred

*Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with USAID experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and apply data that provides contextual information on performance

The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Assistant provides support for data collection, quality assessment, and associated reporting.

Minimum qualifications:

*Relevant university degree preferred.

*Demonstrated ability to maintain Management Information Systems, audit and evaluate data, and generate reports
