GIZ International Services is shortlisted for the EU-funded tender „ Support to the Ministry of Education in further development of NQF Level 5 qualifications and strengthening the resilience of the education system in Azerbaijan\"
The purpose of this contract is as follows:
To contribute to the modernisation and quality of the education system, including vocational education and training, in a lifelong learning contex
As the Team Leader (TL), the KE1 is in charge of coordinating the team and the overall supervision, administration, smooth implementation and reporting of the project and is the official communication person on behalf of the project
Qualifications and skills
University degree in Education, Vocational Education and Training, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or in its absence, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field mentioned above additional to the required general professionalGeneral professional experience
At least 10 years of working experience in the education sector; Experience in coordinating as Team Leader in minimum two assistance projects in the education sector (with minimum budget of 1 Million EUR each); An asset: experience in a technical assistance project in the education sector in the EU Neighbourhood and/or IPA country.Specific professional experience
At least 660 working days of working experience in developing policy and/or legalThe operational base of the Programme will be Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, with travel to relevant
regions in Azerbaijan if necessary.
