Back Sponsorship Volunteer

The role The work required for this volunteer initiative is to support activities that aim to increase sponsors' experience through communication with his/her sponsored child and through gathering information on child progress. The specific volunteer's duties will include the following:

  • Support collection of required child data and updated child photo
  • Conduct quality review of all child information and photos for children
  • Support entry into the database for timely submission to the National Office
  • Work with the program office focal points on tracking and escalating any system issues that might interfere with quality data collection and timely submission
  • Support in processing mails and packages arriving at the Program Office to ensure that they are processed, monitored and forwarded within acceptable turn-around time.

Qualifications and experience:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Knowledgeable in microsoft applications

Contract length: Volunteers will be based in Koronadal City, Makati City and Quezon City with engagement duration from February 1, 2018 until May 15, 2018
