About the job
Based in Brunssum, the Netherlands, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for the execution of Equipment TEMPEST Level testing to the SECAN Doctrine and Information Publication SDIP-27 standard in support of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) data processing equipment. Maintaining the TEMPEST facility within the NCI Agency, conducting tests for CIS items that will be used to process NATO information classified NATO CONFIDENTIAL and above. Assists in the scheduling and tracking capability of CSSC activities in support of operations, exercises, projects static and deployable CIS (DCIS).

About You
We are looking for a talented and very knowledgeable Senior Technician (Subject Matter Expert) with ideally a higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
In depth experience in TEMPEST Level testing of CIS items that will be used to process NATO information classified NATO CONFIDENTIAL and above. Testing and evaluation of Electric Radiation (ER) signals for Compromising Emanations (CE) in order to allocate the appropriate SDIP-27 TEMPEST Level B or C rating. Capable to routinely maintain the two owned Faraday Cages (TEMPEST Cells) including regular cross reference checks on the TEMPEST measurement test equipment.
Capability to assists and monitor assigned technical tasks efficiently to ensure execution is in line with set target dates. Explain and provide system technical and logistical advice to senior management and initiates necessary actions to ensure that set maintenance and project targets are met.
Provision of technical expertise to the higher management of NCI Agency on all aspects related to TEMPEST.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
