UNHCR is the UN Refugee Agency and takes the lead in providing international protection to refugees and displaced people worldwide. An unprecedented 100 million people worldwide have been forced to flee their homes. Among them are nearly 26.4 million refugees, around half under 18. In a world where nearly one person is forcibly displaced every two seconds as a result of conflict or persecution, our work at UNHCR is more important than ever before.

The number of refugees and other persons of concern hosted in Indonesia is 14 thousand beneficiaries registered by UNHCR in Indonesia. This will provide a relevant theme for PSP messaging and seek financial support for UNHCR programs in Indonesia and international situations. PSP activities will also contribute to raising UNHCR brand awareness in Indonesia and improving public perceptions of refugees.

The position's role is to maximize income from lead conversion. The candidate will coordinate with other private sector partnership teams and units to create and test a lead generation program from online and offline channels
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support implementation of fundraising conversion strategy from leads generation campaign (online or offline) and ensure conversion from leads to financial donors.
• Implement a fundraising conversion strategy with email marketing, telephone campaign, or WhatsApp campaign to ensure the program performs at the highest possible level and maximizes return on investment.
• Support the Creation of a clear strategy and test plan for the leads generation program by organic or working with data provider partners for driving donations and sign-ups to events in place and updated
• Coordinate with partner to implement fundraising appeal for conversion program and support training for the fundraising strategy
• Provide internal reporting and analysis of all fundraising conversion activities and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring
• Ensure compliance with all fundraising and consumer affairs legislation for all leads conversion activity both online and offline
• Active participation in cross-functional teams
• Establishing and building strong working relationships with key internal partners
• Develop key external relationships to build an understanding of donor and industry trends
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and agencies as necessary

Monitoring and Progress Controls
Provide strategy in the implementation of new leads conversion strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or University degree in Marketing, digital marketing,
Communications, or related Field.

Cross – Functional Competencies: Analytical Thinking; Planning an Organizing; Stakeholder Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience for high school diploma, and 1 year of experience required for bachelor degree or higher. Relevant working experience in fundraising or marketing in a corporate, NGO (ideally, international NGO) or UN agency environment would be an asset.

Nationality: Citizen of Indonesia.
Languages: Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral) highly essential; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
