We are looking for an exceptional project manager for our Caucasus programme, working with partners in the Georgia/Abkhazia and Armenia/Azerbaijan/Nagorny Karabakh conflict contexts to address the drivers of conflict and build prospects for peace. In conjunction with the rest of the team and local partners, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project management cycle across the programme, including project design and implementation, grants management, monitoring and evaluation, and donor liaison.
You will have solid project management experience with the ability to nurture relationships with a wide range of interlocutors. You will have succinct and stylish writing skills and a good understanding of complex budgets. A good level of English and Russian language ability is essential for this role.
