Responsabilities:
- Assist his/her supervisor in preparation and facilitation of workshops, trainings, seminars and other meetings.
- Keep an accurate and complete record of all CRRF meetings.
- Provide support to the Government Liaison Officer with the timely follow up on the implementation and delivery of MIRPS, related activities and outcomes.
- Provide support to his/her supervisor into the MIRPS coordination-related activities and in the development of the MIRPS work plans and budgets.
- Liaise directly with Government partners to provide requested information and follow-up on pending issues.
- Maintain close working relations with the local authorities, governmental and non-governmental implementing partners and other external parties, providing co-operation and guidance if necessary.
- Collect on a regular basis relevant CRRF-related data and information, new development initiatives, existing regulations, guidelines, government strategies relevant to the response and protection towards IDPs, refugees, asylum-seekers, and deported persons with protection needs.
- Under the direction of his/her supervisor, undertake proper collection, monitoring and use of baselines, standards and indicators needed to measure and analyze MIRPS implementation.
- Contribute to the preparation of MIRPS status and progress reports by providing information, data, preparing tables, etc.
- Assist in preparing communication/publicity materials e.g. posters, brochures, newsletter, etc.
- Prepare briefing materials for any missions visiting the project and arrange field visits and related activities for them.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Work experience:
Minimum 2 years of previous relevant work experience with High School Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of previous relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or Higher.

Relevant Job Experience

Desirable:
Good knowledge of UNHCR operations and good political awareness.
Previous experience with a multilateral or international organization including NGOs.
Proven ability to work with a variety of people including donors, multilateral banks, government officials, local stakeholders.
Experience and skills in communication (development of reports and various communication materials).
Previous experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs and managing multiple projects.
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Knowledge in Salvadorian Institution functioning especially planning and finance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
