Purpose of the Position:

The Robotic Process Automation Officer will actively support the growth and successful run of the RPA practice at UNICC by interacting with UNICC’s Client organizations, multiple implementation partners, platform vendors and internal UNICC teams in facilitating fit-for-purpose RPA solutions, and facilitating the implementation of these solutions across various digital technology domains, with primary focus being on RPA technologies.

Objectives of the Programme:

The objectives of the Centre, as stated by its mandate, are to provide information and communication technology (ICT) services (including training) on an inter-organizational basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head, Hyperautomation Solutions, within the Client and Projects Division (CP), and in close collaboration with the Hyperautomation (RPA) Center of Excellence (CoE) and other UNICC Teams. The incumbent could be requested to do any others tasks of similar level in related fields.

Experience and Skills required:

Essential:

  • Five years or more of professional experience in Global Business Delivery & Roll-out, Program Management, Planning, & Technology Management with focus on Hyperautomation (RPA and associated technologies), including experience in multi-cultural and global international environment
  • Ability to plan and manage projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains
  • Practical experience managing multiple projects and geographically spread teams using Agile Project management methodologies
  • Industry experience working closely with one or more RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.) leading various RPA CoE functions and activities

Desirable:

  • Customer Leader with demonstrated capability in understanding customer behaviour & requirements

Education:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Desirable:

  • Advanced university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Certifications and advanced trainings in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.)
  • Agile Project Management related certifications
  • ITIL Certification

Languages:

  • English: Expert knowledge is required
  • Other language: Good knowledge of Spanish or French is desirable

Other Information

Compensation:

Annual Salary Estimation (net of tax at single rate), including post adjustment (32,9% on September 2021): US$ 80,049.
