The Resource Development (RD) department is responsible for the organization’s private fundraising across a variety of channels including direct marketing, major gifts, corporate and foundation, gift-in-kind, and more. The RD Data and Operations team supports the efforts of the department with gift processing and recording, database and technology management, reporting and analytics, project and knowledge management, procurement, and other support functions.
he RD Data Officer acts as the main steward of the Raiser’s Edge database and Engaging Networks online marketing platform, the point person for reporting and analytics needs, and manager of team/departmental knowledge and processes.
