himaya is a specialized NGO in the child protection sector, working to prevent violence against children and offer the support needed for abused children on a psychosocial and legal level; eventually allowing them to be reintegrated as productive and active members of society.

Main Tasks:

  1. Coordinate International Social services case management requests implementations with the respective operational teams in the areas and report monthly success and challenges to the PM.

  2. Assist the RPM in the preparation of communication and administrative documents in relevance to the program

  3. Participate to the annual resilience strategic planning

  4. Assist the PM in elaborating the resilience yearly action plan and evaluate the work periodically with the Resilience program manager.

  5. Assist the PM in the design and implementation of the internal training for Psy and SW and collaborate to recommendations in the report analysis.

  6. Assist in reviewing all program procedures on a yearly base and support in diffusing to teams.

  7. Act as a Focal point with Talia foundation & GSF and ensure the collaboration with teams on their annual week mission.

  8. Coordinate MHPSS reports and brief the PM on challenges and trends by summarized written reports during the weekly meeting.

  9. Conduct the induction and the follow-up for the first quarter for the new SCM and for staff when needed.

  10. Coach SCM on specific needs related to their JD when needed.

  11. Train resilience team members on topics/ techniques according to her field of expertise when needed

  12. Assist the RPM in reviewing the technical interview content as well training the Senior PSY and SW on it along with the SCM.

  13. Review and update the resilience shared folder old contents and update it continuously.

  14. Replace the resilience program manager and SCMs when needed.

  15. Support in creating new partnerships for the resilience program

  16. Coordinate internal meeting with relevant department/programs when needed

  17. Submit a monthly report to the program manager on the work progress.

  18. Perform additional duties as requested by the Program Manager, when needed.

Educational Background And Needed Skills

§ Master degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, Social Development or any related field

§ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

§ Proficient in Arabic and English and French

§ Able to effectively represent the Resilience program and guarantee its best interests

§ Able to support the program’s strategic vision implementation

§ Able to draft guidelines and procedures related to the resilience program

§ Able to support internal resilience capacity building for both psy and SW

§ Organized and calm

Conditions

  • Office work and field work
  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
  • Expected to have flexible / extended hours of work
  • Compliance with himaya’s code of ethics
