Position Title: Regional Operations Support Manager
Reports to: Director, Regional Financial and Operations Support, APRO
Job Summary
Responsible the functions of operations support (procurement, administration and travel) in Asia Pacific Regional Office (APRO) and country offices under APRO’s supervision, to make sure that they run efficiently and effectively. Ensure that the operations support (procurement, administration and travel) of the projects supervised by APRO are functioned smoothly and compliant with the relevant rules and regulations (FHI360, funder and local/international law), by performing the work efficiently and effectively, coordinating with internal parties (the relevant departments (finance, program management, management, etc., at regional offices, HQ, and other country offices), and external parties (suppliers, auditors, etc.). This also includes capacity building the relevant staff and review the operation manual.
