NRC is looking for a Regional Head of Finance to join the Asia, Europe, and Latin America (AELA) Regional Office. The Regional Head of Finance will be responsible for financial management, while promoting innovation and learning, and a cost conscious-culture, with a high focus on quality, across the region. If you are a seasoned finance professional, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet new challenges, then this is the role for you!

What You Will Do

New country operations establishment planning. Financial Forums participation and representation. Global finance initiatives, procedures, policies, guidelines, systems and tools development and implementation. Guidance, support, and capacity building for Finance Staff. Technical financial support, oversight, monitoring, and reporting provision for regional grants. New global finance initiatives input and contributions.

What You Will Bring

Finance professional knowledge and experience (financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting). Financial Adviser exposure within an international humanitarian organisation in an emergency setting. Donor financial accountability and reporting understanding. High risk, insecure, complex, and volatile context exposure. Asia, Europe, and/or Latin America experience and knowledge (including the political, economic, cultural, environmental, and geo-political context). English fluency, both written and verbal.
