La proposition technique doit comprendre :
L'offre financière
La proposition financière doit contenir les coûts afférents à la consultation (honoraires mensuels, bureautique, communication et missions sur le terrain) en francs CFA. Seules les offres financières des candidats ayant obtenu au moins 70 points pour l'offre technique seront ouvertes. Chaque offre financière recevra une note sur 100. A l'offre du mieux-disant sera attribuée la note de 100 points.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
