L’objectif du poste d’Assistant protection est d’être partie prenante aux activités de protection de NRC au Mali en s’assurant de la bonne qualité et de l’impact des interventions.
- Participe à la conduite des groupes de discussion et des entretiens informateurs clés lors de déploiement pour une évaluation rapide de protection
- Participe à la production des rapports d’observation sur l’environnement de protection lors des déploiements
- Participe à la production des rapports d’évaluation de protection ; notamment pour lister les risques de protection identifiés et les solutions et interventions nécessaires, en accord avec les lignes de conduites du projet.
- Rapporte immédiatement tout cas individuel de protection nécessitant une intervention immédiate
- Remplace l’officier Protection si besoin
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en mise en œuvre de projet protection, préférablement dans le monitoring de protection.
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure de conduite de groupes de discussion (Focus Group Discussion) et d’entretiens individuels dans le cadre de projets de protection.
- Connaissance des principes de protection, des principes humanitaires et des systemes de référencement.
- Bonne capacité de rédaction
