Independent non-profit organization care about the Syrian affairs, established in 2004

where it started its activities in the city of Aleppo north of Syria and was licensed in turkey in 2014

Bonyan’s refugee response program is structured around three axes: education, protection, and livelihoods.

Job Description Details:**

Job purpose:

He is responsible directly for complying with the proposed project plan and make sure that the project progress is according to the budget and schedule and all project services are delivered with high quality, he/she is also responsible for preparedness, implementation, and planning of the project in addition to coordinating and relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the project's detailed schedule to ensure work is on time.

• Define activities in a comprehensive manner and prioritize them in sequence.

• participation in Monitor indicators for levels of the project's logical framework.

• participation in Overseeing identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving project issues/problems/challenges.

• Publish project information to all stakeholders and provide presentations on the project.

• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.

• Establishing and implementing rules of communication to suit stakeholders;

• Submit project reports, achievements, project records, and other relevant documents to the program manager after their audit and make recommendations thereon.

• Representing the institution in meetings and workshops related to the program.

• Any other task as requested by the line manager.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree.

  • Significant relevant experience would be considered.

Requirements:**

· University degree with two years in executive administrative work.

· At least two years experience in working in Educational projects

· The ability to lead, direct, coordinate, follow-up, initiate, and develop.

· The ability to analyze and create solutions to problems.

· The ability to communicate, negotiate, plan and organize.

· Experience in financial aspects, budgeting, and project management.

· Fluency in both Arabic and English speaking and writing is very good.

Proficiency in dealing with computers and office programs at a very good level.

Personal traits:

Must have the following features:

  • The ability to write professional reports.

  • Very good skills in Office programs and cloud storage.

  • Good English language.

Skills

  • Languages: good command of English, Arabic: mother tongue.

  • IT knowledge: a good command of office (word, excel).

  • Excellent reporting skills.

  • Has presentation skills

  • Fluent in Power BI
