Consortium and Partnership Manager

The Role

The jobholder is responsible for the smooth management of development and humanitarian awards, sub awards and contracts, focusing on donor compliance and accountability following SCPs award management process.

He/She is accountable in ensuring the continuous growth of SCPs portfolio through engagement with Members and Donors. He/She is responsible to communicate clearly SCPs priorities and programs during donor and partner engagement. He/She should cultivate and sustain these relationships. Further, he/she should ensure efficient coordination of proposals following SCPs processes.

The role will work collaboratively with other units under the Programs team. He/she is will also work closely with SCP Finance and Business Support units as well as other SC Member to ensure smooth management of development and humanitarian programme awards, sub awards and contracts focusing on donor compliance and accountability. This position will also be responsible to build the capacity of staff and partner organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Experience of and well developed skills in staff management, supervision and capacity building
  • Proven track record of supporting a senior management team
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the major donors and experience in reporting to donors.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Computer literate (i.e. Word, Advance Excel, outlook, Internet Explorer, Financial Systems).
  • Cultural awareness and ability to build relationships quickly with a wide variety of people
  • Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive and communicate clearly and effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a workload comprised of varying and changing tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English, with experience in managing multicultural teams.

Contract length: Fixed Term position until December 31, 2021 based in Iligan City
