Your opportunities and responsibilities at Kiron:

  • Plan, implement and manage the project, including financial monitoring and the coordination of project-related operations.
  • Liaise and communicate with partners of the project
  • Coordinate, distribute and monitor work packages within the team in Lebanon, and ensure the team follows rules and regulations in case of publications, logo use, procurement, etc.
  • Lead on the narrative reporting and support in the financial reporting, together with the project team and the Operations and Finance Officer.
  • Ensure on-time reporting to the funders.
  • Administer the project budget and coordinate with the Finance Officer for reporting.
  • Optimization of Kiron’s student services by monitoring and evaluating our program.
  • Establish partnerships for the project, supporting the student's journey.

Your set of skills:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience ideally in working with refugees or underserved communities, and experience planning and managing projects.
  • You gained work experience in setting up, managing, and scaling support programs for underprivileged students, and/or you have ideally worked in student guidance.
  • You have strong communication skills and ideally, experience reaching out to our target group and are fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken (C1 -CEFRL).
