Title: Project Assistant -DRSLPII Project - External Position

Role Purpose:

Under the general guidance of the FSL Program Officer, the Environmental assistant will directly work with communities to implement DRSLP-II PROJECT FSL interventions in Gardo and Badhan districts including VSLA and Environmental activities. The Environmental assistant will manage data collection activities in all areas, community level mobilization activities, implementing beneficiary targeting protocols and

Contract Duration: 12 months

Location: Gardo

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Community development, Environmental studies and any other relevant experience in microfinance, livelihoods, IGA and VSLA methodology.
  • Prior experience in Emergency Food Security and Livelihood projects is desirable.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Computer skills, with focus on word processing and excel.
