Project and Change 

We are looking for a responsible Project and Change Manager (PCM) to administer and organize the implementation of the new ERP (CAPP- Coding Agresso PMM and Prime), from simple activities to more complex plans.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, this position responsibilities include working closely with the vendor implementation team and management, to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, and timeframes for the project. The Project and Change Manager will perform various coordinating tasks, such as schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, the PCM should have excellent time management and communication skills, as they will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on competing timelines.

Ultimately, the PCM duties are to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Project management

Create and monitor local project plan and stage gate progressionManage dependencies between workstreams & related projectsRepresent the project in the local governance group for decision making Manage system and interfaces development process, redesign, data, test plan Assess change impact & plan interventions with the change manager Resourcing of team and coordination of SMEs within the plan Risk management & Stakeholder management  Identify testers & Identify system owners in BAU, and system users Plan & co-ordinate training: design, prep, localization, identification of trainers, delivery Lead and support champions Monitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to overcome obstacles

Change Management  

Manage/coordinate local governance group for decision making Change expertise input to project management & support to project leads Facilitate change impact assessment and ensure stakeholder engagement Ensure training is planned and prepared Develop and maintain a communications plan Readiness assessment
