Where you come in:
In this full-time, permanent position, based in Port Moresby you will work on defining and pursuing the strategic direction for Save the Children’s programs in PNG, ensuring the relevance, strategic coherence, and impact of our programs for children. You will be part of our International Programs team and report to our Country Director, PNG.

You’re a highly experienced and evidence-based strategic portfolio leader who has experience and knowledge in the Pacific context. Building staff capacity where learning is used to inform programs. Your experience has seen you contribute to program design, implementation, and developing a robust MEAL system. Your outstanding communication skills, flexibility and resilience will see you achieve great outcomes for vulnerable children whilst working across our program delivery teams and stakeholders.
