El Auxiliar de Programas rinde cuentas al Jefe de Oficina/Oficina o al Especialista(s) de Programa designado(s) por el HFO. El asistente de programas tiene la tarea de llevar a cabo una serie de actividades de oficina, financieras y administrativas en apoyo de la ejecución de proyectos / programas.
El puesto se encarga de recuperar la información pertinente, reunir y cotejar información y contribuir a la preparación logística y administrativa de los eventos. El puesto también extrae, hace un seguimiento, rastrea e informa de información presupuestaria y gastos. El titular desempeñará las siguientes tareas:

Los salarios de la UNESCO consisten en un sueldo base y otros beneficios que pueden incluir, si procede: 30 días de vacaciones anuales, subsidio familiar, seguro médico, plan de pensiones, etc.
El salario inicial anual aproximado para este puesto es de 1670 US $.
