  About the job  

  Based in The Hague, Netherlands, you will join the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) as Principal ICT Technician

  C2 are accountable for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities (design, transition and operations) for Joint/Maritime/Land C2 services.  The System Support Engineer will be part of the Engineering Group responsible for the full lifecycle support of the C2 areas of Land, Maritime, Targeting, Special Forces and the Common Operational Picture.  

   

  About you

   

  We are looking for talented and knowledgeable Principal ICT Technician who holds a minimum requirement of higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience; We are looking for demonstrable experience in the Support all phases of modern IT Service Lifecycle systems within a major organisation/s along with substantial knowledge within the likes of; Web Services, TCP/IP networking techniques, deployment and maintenance of Database Servers, Cloud computing or Virtual infrastructures and experience in Scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
