ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to support and supervise the planning, and monitoring, of the results in Plan CO. Ensures those results are used in a way to improve the quality of the projects in the CO. The role is a critical role in the successful implementation of the M&E framework.

Accountabilities

Activities

Review the design and planning of programs and projects (both sponsorship and grant funded) to ensure high quality M&E components Ensure the intervention logic (linkages between projects and the Country Strategy at outcome level) Ensure sufficient M&E budgets for all sponsorship and grants projects Develop the MERL component for sponsorship and grant proposals
