We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Director for an upcoming Higher Education opportunity in Burma. This position is contingent upon award and may be based in Burma or other locations in Southeast Asia.

Project Description:

The Burma Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Program (DISP) will support individuals to access Higher Education (HE) opportunities within Burma and across Southeast Asia. It is anticipated that the activity will identify and select scholarship candidates, provide scholars with pre-academic training and wrap around services, and facilitate service learning and alumni engagement activities.

Position Description:

The MEL Director is responsible for establishing and managing the project’s overall M&E system and tracking progress towards program results, indicators, and targets. He/she oversees and supports partners MEL activities, provides guidance on data collection, quality assurance, and instrument development; analyzes data, and leads development of quarterly and annual reports. He/she collaborates with the program team to design research activities that support learning, evaluation, and planning, and oversees the implementation, analysis, dissemination, and use of research products. He/she supports Collaboration, Learning and Adapting by sharing data with the program team, partners and other stakeholders and developing strategies to improve service delivery.
