In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program project, under the supervision of the project coordinator, in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will participate in the post-production activities and modifications of the eRegistrations services. Changes will be made on the basis of the Benin eRegistrations system but could be applied at a later stage to other country systems. The consultant will be entrusted with the following tasks:

Develop two new online services:
• Service1: Renew your Merchant Card (for individual traders)
• Service2: Renew your Imported Card (for importing companies)

For each service the following parts should be implemented:
• Part A: comprised of guide, form, documents upload, online payment and send pages
• Part B: comprised of the following processing roles:
• Revision
• Processing screen for the Registry of Commerce & Real estate Credit
• Processing screen for the Publication of the company change online (Bot/automatic role)
• Collection role for the automatic delivery of the electronic certificates with a verification QR-code (Bot/automatic role)

Test the new online services and deploy on the live server.

All tasks will be undertaken in collaboration with other programmers and IT developers. Qualifications/special skills

Academic Qualifications: First level degree (Bachelor) or higher in IT, Engineering or related fields.

Experience: At least 4 years experience in IT development. Experience of work with complex eGovernment tools such as the eRegistrations system and development of QR codes, desirable Languages

Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French, desirable.
