Position Summary:
Creative seeks a (Senior) International Recruiter for full life-cycle recruitment for new business proposal teams and funded field positions. The recruiter will join a fun, fast-paced, professional, and collegial team to recruit for international development projects in Education, Economic Growth and Communities in Transition. This position is perfect for an energetic and talented candidate ready to take command and ownership of their career. The (Senior) Recruiter is expected to source top quality candidates and will serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment building an exemplary network of skilled professionals. This position will serve as a strategic partner in advancing and meeting the organization’s talent needs and will be an integral contributor in delivering staffing solutions during proposals, startups, and project recruitment.
Reporting & Supervision:
The Senior International Recruiter reports to the Associate Director, Proposal Recruitment.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, International Development or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $67,500 - $82,500
An employee’s pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
