Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the permanent International Donor Development Specialistin London or any Save the Children Office location**. Save the Children has launched its ambitious 2016 - 2018 strategic plan with the aim of significantly increasing unrestricted funds. Engaging, inspiring and retaining our supporters and increasing their value over time has been identified as one of our pillars of growth. Therefore, it is a priority for our Members to recruit an experienced and passionate individual to the Save the Children International Fundraising team.
The Member Growth team, headquartered in London, provides strategic support and technical guidance to our Members in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. A number of the team members work remotely and the location of this job is flexible. The role will involve virtual work with member teams and on occasion, travel to support donor development in new markets as well as more established fundraising markets, subject to covid travel restrictions.
The purpose of this cover role is to drive our existing plans in supporter retention and development across the Save the Children movement in order to increase long-term unrestricted income.
The International Donor Development Specialist will:
