About this position

We are looking for a client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented Human Resources Consultant. As a new employee experience consultant, you will support new employees become familiar with our unique culture and provide the knowledge and information necessary to support the onboarding administrative process and the HRD onboarding.

The selected consultant will ensure that new employees have a positive first impression of the organization, helping them navigate the institution and better understand who we are, how we work, and what to expect.

You will work in the Leadership and Employee Development Division, part of the Human Resources Department. This team is responsible for fostering a results-oriented and mission-driven organization with a culture where everyone brings their best and authentic selves to work, willing to try new approaches.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and requests from new employees related to the administrative onboarding to the Institution and HRD onboarding program.
  • Respond to questions related to administrative onboarding processes and HRD onboarding program.
  • Maintain an open and constructive dialogue with new employees throughout their preboarding and HRD onboarding program. Coordinate new hire’s requests and questions with relevant SMEs.
  • Manage an HRD onboarding inbox to address a variety of questions.
  • Provide support for new employees from contract signature until their first day.
  • Conduct proactive check-ins as needed with new employees to address their questions on topics such as health insurance, housing, relocation, transportation, and visa procedures.
  • Ensure a successful HRD onboarding process by detecting and notifying relevant stakeholders of incidents and closing gaps
  • Continuously improve the HRD onboarding experience by identifying and addressing the pain points of new employees
  • Coordinate between HR Business Partners and hiring units to address specific needs, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Monitor and report metrics related the new employee experience.
