Purpose of the Job:

The HR and Admin Intern is intended to work closely with HR and Admin team – Kunduz and acquire the necessary practical experience. This internship is considered to learn but not limited to; filling, event arrangements, Human Resource policy implementation, Administrative management and reporting.

Generic responsibilities:

Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines Implement delegated task according to plan of action Prepare and develop status reports as required by management Ensure proper filing of documents Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function

Specific responsibilities:

Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in filling, scanning and storing Personal and recruitments documents. Ensuring confidentiality of all personnel records at all time. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to track and obtain signature on monthly attendance and Timesheets. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to maintain an update leave tracking database and HRIMS. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in arrangement of interviews, written tests and meetings. Assists HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in briefing and debriefing procedure of staff. Performs other duties when required and given by the line manager

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:

Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, diploma or certification from other relevant field is required – Only Fresh Graduates No work experience is required Good computer skills - Ms Office & database. Good communication skills
