Working at Library for All is more than just a job.

It’s the feeling of knowing that your work is contributing to making the world a better place for children and working with others who feel the same.

In addition to working at the leading edge of education technology alongside a team of highly engaged professionals you will have access to:

Friendly and flexible work environment (working from home is the default, with planned and predictable ‘in-person’ time where required. There is an office in Brisbane and one in Melbourne if you would prefer to work from an office.) Full salary packaging benefits Support for workplace wellness, including access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional annual leave options available.

So what does a typical week look like?

Every week will be different, but to give you an idea, a ‘typical’ week could involve:

Sprint planning with the product and engineering teams Reviewing the latest user feedback on the reader application and working with the product manager to plan out future changes Working with external specialists (e.g. industrial designers or electrical engineers) to test a new version of our Spark Kit hardware product Joining the regular SLT sessions to plan out next quarter’s OKRs Spending one-on-one time with our engineers to help them plan their work or resolve technical issues Collaborating with our BD and Programs teams to develop proposed approaches to meeting client requests (e.g., which hardware and software for them, offline or online approach)

We know that some candidates will be keen to stay ‘on the tools’ a fair bit – others will prefer to operate more in a strategic and managerial capacity. In our small team we see the potential for both profiles and preferences; please talk to us either way!

Sound interesting?

We’d love to hear from you. If you meet some but not all the requirements listed above, we encourage you to still get in contact.
