Global Impact Manager, Elrha Salary: £43,000-£48,000

Are you passionate about capturing impact and learning to improve humanitarian outcomes? Do you believe that research and innovation should be at the centre of efforts to improve humanitarian effectiveness? Do you have extensive experience in designing, implementing, leading and overseeing an organisation and/or programme-wide results framework in a humanitarian context?

We are looking to recruit a highly experienced Global Impact Manager to join our dynamic team to provide strategic guidance on the execution of Elrha’s high level impact strategy and oversee the whole of Elrha’s approach to capturing the outcomes and impact of its work.

Elrha is a leading actor in the humanitarian system focused on research and innovation. We work to improve outcomes for those affected by crises by ensuring that humanitarian practice is based on evidence of what works, and tools and techniques used are continually improved through research and innovation. We fund and support research and innovation projects around the world, working in partnership with humanitarian organisations, the international research community, the private sector and other actors engaged in research and innovation.

The Global Impact Manager is a new post within Elrha and will work closely with Elrha’s Director of Programmes and be a key member of our Senior Management Team.

To be successful you will need to have significant experience in designing, implementing, leading and overseeing an organisation and/or programme-wide results framework in a humanitarian context or organisation. You will also have well established professional Monitoring, Evaluating, Accountability and Learning networks. You will be inspired and motivated by Elrha’s vision and values.
