Plan International UK is a global children’s charity. We strive to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world.

Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we're tackling the root causes of gender inequality and child poverty, and we are now active in more than 70 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an Evidence, Learning and Impact Manager with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to lead on Plan UK’s Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation activities included but not limited to maintaining high quality standards and promoting best practice across our international programmes. You will demonstrate an understanding of different ways of thinking and apply different techniques that can help the thinking process to develop creativity and innovation in our approaches including systems. You will ensure we work in alignment with our global organisation’s MEAL standards and data collection to demonstrate the impact that our programmes have.

You will also be able to demonstrate a strong track record of evaluating rights-based projects and programmes in international development being able to advocate the work we do in one or more of the following areas: voice and accountability, gender, violence against women and girls, disaster risk reduction, education, economic security, sexual and reproductive health.

We would also like you to manage and lead the Evidence, Learning and Impact team ensuring they feel well equipped to provide technical information, advice and guidance to our programme teams.
