The D&I Consultant will work closely with the Regional Human Resources team in Panama and the Latin America and the Caribbean region, with the support of the WFP Diversity and Inclusion Team in headquarters, to promote and implement the global diversity and inclusion strategy across the Latin America and the Caribbean region. The role will include developing the regional strategy, managing initiatives, events and programmes that support the overall objectives and goals of WFP’s diversity and inclusion agenda, with a focus on regional priorities.
Education: Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience or trainings/courses.
A professional certification in Diversity and Inclusion would be an asset.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience working with diversity, equity and inclusion related initiatives and programs.
