Tetra Tech International Development (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a potential Director of Admin & Finance (DAF) position and a Grants & Subcontracts Manager position on an upcoming USAID-funded program in Cambodia, titled Eastern Plains Natural Resource Management Activity.

These potential full-time positions will likely be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the full life of project (anticipated five years). For all positions, working knowledge of English, enthusiasm for frequent travel to field sites, knowledge in MS Office applications, and commitment to gender equity are required. Director of Administration and Finance (DAF): This mid- to senior-level management professional will have a minimum of eight-years’ experience managing administration, finance and operations on USAID or donor-funded projects. S/he will be responsible for the project’s financial management, HR, procurement, and administration. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Grants & Subcontracts Manager: The successful candidate will have at least three years of direct experience managing international and local subcontracts and Grants Under Contract (GUC) in accordance with USAID rules and regulations. S/he will coordinate with technical staff to ensure the grant program technical objectives are clearly defined, provide capacity building support to grantees, and manage financial and administrative aspects of GUC. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
