Tetra Tech International Development (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for a potential Deputy Chief of Party position on an upcoming USAID-funded program in Cambodia, titled Eastern Plains Natural Resource Management Activity.

This potential full-time position will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the full life of project (anticipated five years). Working knowledge of English, enthusiasm for frequent travel to field sites, knowledge in MS Office applications, and commitment to gender equity are required. Cambodian nationals strongly encouraged to apply.

Deputy Chief of Party: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7-years proven experience providing technical and managerial leadership to complex, natural resource management projects in Cambodia. S/he will be responsible for integrating project interventions into a unified technical vision to achieve the objectives of the Eastern Plains Natural Resource Management Activity. Expertise in one or more of the following fields required: conservation, ecology, forestry, governance, natural resource management, etc. Demonstrated success supervising personnel and achieving results on donor-funded environmental programming in Cambodia preferred. A Master’s degree in a related field (Conservation Biology, Ecology, Forestry, etc.) is required.
