ABOUT THE ROLE
Overview
The Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) Parliaments Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the work of the Climate Vulnerable Forum’s newly created Parliaments work stream. They will plan out and coordinate the activities under this work stream and manage the team. They will advise the CVF Global Parliamentary Group and drive the development of the work stream.
This role is within the CVF & V20 Support Program and reports to the CVF&V20 Support Program Head.
Areas of responsibility
As detailed below, the Workstream Coordinator will assume and exercise leadership in the field of climate change legislation to drive the effective implementation of the CVF Global Parliamentary Group’s (GPG) work, including in the following areas:
Additionally, the Workstream Coordinator may be requested to perform any other relevant tasks as directed by the Support Program Head, according to evolving CVF GPG needs.
