Major Function

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is a key member of World Wildlife Fund’s Marketing team. With guidance from the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting effective marketing campaigns to drive donation revenue to protect wildlife and their habitats. The Coordinator’s work for WWF will include support to online advertising, email acquisition, budget management, and data analysis – including across social media, search and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with coordination of online advertising and acquisition campaigns, including directly with websites, pay-per-click and search engine programs, as well as with agencies and partners.
  • Helps monitor results and performance and helps prepare materials for strategic analysis of campaign activities to share with team.
  • Creates and tests tracking mechanisms prior to the launch of all online campaigns and works with analytics tools and internal resources to ensure proper reporting and implement enhancements.
  • Performs a variety of production-related and project-management-related coordination tasks for online advertising, including gathering creative elements needed for campaigns, updating budget tracking, analyzing results, and providing suggestions based on working knowledge of advertising and marketing fundamentals.
  • Regularly monitors advertising and marketing industry and competitive best practices.
  • Pitches and then contributes to supporting execution of innovative ideas WWF can implement to increase conversions across advocacy and membership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • At least two years of marketing and advertising experience is required.
    • Google Adwords and Social Media Advertising knowledge is required.
    • Strong project management and Microsoft Excel skills are required
    • Ability to prioritize time, balance multiple tasks, produce high-quality work, meet deadlines, and work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and logically.
    • Proven track record of learning and adapting quickly to new technologies and opportunities.
    • Desire to learn about digital fundraising and trends.
    • Possess a high degree of initiative and attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to solve problems through research, consultation, and testing.
    • Ability and interest in learning new skills and tools in the online marketing field
