Save the Children International is looking for a senior professional to join the organization to serve as Content Gather Officer.

The position is planned to be based in Panamá, Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, or Peru.

As part of the Regional Programme Operations, you will be supporting the Change and Deployment team along with country operations teams across LAC. Your role will be responsible for coordinating and providing support to all LAC countries in the deployment of Supply Chain, Finance and Programme Development business transformation projects.

These projects typically involve a set of preparation stages we need your support with! From data gather to data migration activities, our staff in the region needs to be prepared for the deployment of new management softwares. Your support will involve engaging with the different countries in the completion of preparation activities timely.

In order to be successful, you should bring/have:

  • Education to degree standard with a professional qualification in a relevant field
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential
  • At least two years' experience in a similar position.
  • Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain or Finance academic background preferably.
  • Training and / or specific experience in Business and Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or Project Management.
  • Experience coordinating projects and meetings with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good judgment and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Ms Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
