PURPOSE OF ACTIVITY/ASSIGNMENT

  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing digital marketing activities to maximize donor acquisition efficiencies;
  • Support and monitor performance of the day-to-day operation of digital individual fundraising activities;
  • Support the NOA Digital Fundraising Officer in campaign analysis, forecasts and test executions to achieve planned targets.

SCOPE OF WORK

Regularly monitoring acquisition campaigns and optimize to maximize donor acquisition efficiencies.

  • Regular monitoring of acquisition campaigns to ensure that the digital KPIs are being met
  • Manage and liaise with digital media marketing agency to monitor performance and take measures to optimize paid media performance.
  • Manage other acquisition campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Regularly plan and implement A/B testing to improve digital acquisition performance

Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing and debugging for all on going digital fundraising infrastructure improvements including testing and reporting.

  • Ensure the digital fundraising infrastructures is up to latest digital best practices.
  • Manage and liaise with digital web development agency to enhance and improve the digital fundraising infrastructure with measures to improve search score.
  • On-going monitoring of other digital fundraising platforms to ensure best user experience for donor acquisition.

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing digital acquisition activities

  • Produce regular reports on digital KIPs as directed by Supervisor
  • Support in production of donation pages, peer to peer and e-commerce related material and other digital campaign visuals such as banners, graphics and video utilizing material provided by Supervisor or sourced from UNICEF asset bank and in accordance with approved specifications.

Management of Institutional or Consultant contract for the maintenance of donation website, payment gateway and online security certificate with support from fundraising assistant.

  • Bidding and creation of Institutional or Consultant contract
  • Liaise and manage appointed vendors for related digital fundraising acquisition service
  • Performs other assigned duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the communications industry such as multinational advertising and/or direct marketing agencies.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERTISE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 1-3 years of digital experience, preferably with background on digital commerce
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated verbal and written communications to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of project team
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, to prioritize assignments as necessary, and to work well under pressure
  • Experience in digital paid media marketing (search, display ad), email marketing, content management system, social media posting, eCommerce and analytics.
  • Demonstrate data analysis skills, including digital tracking and analytics.

ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS:

  • Office-based: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Paid time Off: 1.5 days for each full month of service, with a minimum contract duration of one calendar month
  • Duration of the consultancy contract: 12 months
