Position Summary:

Creative Associates seeks a Chief of Party (CoP) to support the implementation of the on-going ACS-PROSASUR, Cluster 2 Project which is being implemented in partnership with our client INVEST-HONDURAS. The project's general objective is to sustainably increase income and productivity, nutrition and hygiene conditions of rural poor and extremely poor households located in the South Dry Corridor of Honduras (Departments of Choluteca and El Paraiso). The Project specific objectives are to improve agriculture production and food security, nutritional education, diet diversification, and household hygiene infrastructure. The CoP will perform the overall project management, will lead and supervise the technical work of component specialists, will ensure that the project meets all deliverables and results on a timely basis, and will ensure full contractual compliance of all Project activities and that of its beneficiaries with government and other relevant regulations.

Reporting and Supervision:

The Chief of Party will report directly to the Project Director based in Washington, DC.

Primary Responsibilities:

The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor's legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
