GIZ International Services is shortlisted for the EU-funded tender: „ Support to the Ministry of Education in further development of NQF Level 5 qualifications and strengthening the resilience of the education system in Azerbaijan\"
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows: to contribute to the modernisation and quality of the education system, including vocational education and training, in a lifelong learning context.
Qualifications and skills
University degree in Education, Vocational Education and Training, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or in its absence, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field mentioned above additional to the required general professionalGeneral professional experience
At least 10 years of professional experience in the education sector; Minimum of 5 years of working experience in developing institutional capacities and providing technical assistance in Lifelong Learning (LLL); An asset: experience in a technical assistance project in education sector in the EU Neighbourhood and/or IPA country.Specific professional experience
At least 660 working days of working experience in lifelong working orientation and/or career guidance services in the past 8 years; At least 440 working days of working experience in developing Career Management Skills Competency Framework and/or Career Guidance Competency Framework in the past 8 years; At least 220 working days of working experience in developing and/or implementation of Capacity Building Programme on working orientation services and/or career guidance services for service providers in the past 8 years; An asset: Experience in development of a National Qualifications Register and/or establishing/operating of graduates tracking mechanisms/tools.The operational base of the Programme will be Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, with travel to relevant
regions in Azerbaijan if necessary.
