Job Summary:
As Business Development (BD) Specialist II you will lead the production of high quality applications for funding in support of CRS’ engagement with institutional donors and initiatives involved in international development to serve the poor and vulnerable. Your knowledge and skills will allow you to provide specialized assistance in all dimensions of the BD cycle to cross-disciplines and cross-functional teams.
Roles and Key Responsibilities
Required Languages* – Native English proficiency, Spanish fluency required and French desirable.
Travel - include percentage of required travel, if applicable. Could be stated as Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% - 50% once safe given the COVID environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities None
Key Working Relationships:
Internal Country Representatives, Heads of Programming and/or Program Managers, Regional Communication Manager, the Institutional Donor Engagement & Advancement (IDEA) department, the Impact Investing team, and other CRS/HQ as relevant.
External USG agencies, UN Agencies, EU missions, regional bilateral institutions and development banks, other funding agencies, peer agencies, potential private sector partners and investors. **
