The Lending Department at NIB is seeking a Business Development Analyst

This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to work at the intersection of finance, sustainability, business strategy, data and digital transformation. The job provides exposure to a wide range of NIB’s operations. It is an opportunity to lead change and innovation in the organisation, and work closely with the senior management team.

Main responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of key business strategy initiatives
• Lending capital planning
• Lending business target development and monitoring
• Credit pricing guidance
• Lending product development
• Development of business intelligence
• Development of the data resources of the lending business
• Initiate and lead innovation projects
• Participate in application development projects

Qualifications and experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, for example in financial services, management consulting, or information technology
• Experience of innovation and business development projects
• Experience of working with data, analytics and business intelligence
• A relevant university degree, for example in business administration, finance, economics, information technology, or similar
• Commitment to professional development and learning
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Working proficiency in one of the Nordic/Baltic languages is an advantage

• Negotiation and decision-making.
• Organisation and time management.
