Organisational Setting and Reporting
Cette position est située au Bureau du Coordonnateur résident (BCR/RCO) . L'assistant administratif, à ce niveau, fait rapport au RC et au Chef du BCR/RCO. Outre l'appui fourni au CR, l'assistant administratif est responsable de la gestion efficace et efficiente de toutes les questions administratives liées au bureau comprenant la gestion des ressources humaines, du budget et des finances.
Responsibilities

Appuyer les questions de protocole, enregistrement du personnel, coordination avec les autorités locales, sur l'espace et autres questions administratives.

Education
Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent est requis.
Work Experience
Au moins 7 années d'expériences professionnelles dans le domaine du secrétariat de haut niveau ;
Fréquents contacts internes et externes, notamment avec des personnalités de haut rang, les diplomates, les Chefs d'agences, le Secrétariat général des Nations Unies ;
Une expérience à un poste similaire dans une organisation internationale, un organisme du système des Nations Unies et/ou une Mission de maintien de maintien de la paix ;
Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Word, Excel) ;
Une bonne connaissance de la plateforme UMOJA serait un atout.
Languages
L'anglais et le français sont les langues de travail du Secrétariat de l'Organisation des Nations Unies. La maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et requisé.

United Nations Considerations
According to article 101, paragraph 3, of the Charter of the United Nations, the paramount consideration in the employment of the staff is the necessity of securing the highest standards of efficiency, competence, and integrity.
