  • University degree (preferably in computer sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the IS field, of which at least five years in an IT/IS technical field dealing with Windows server Operating Systems, cloud infrastructure and the whole technology suite required to manage and operate them in complex, security-critical environments.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft technology (back-end and front-end) used for Web application development and operations.
  • Knowledge of system software maintenance and ability to execute it in a complex environment.
  • Good IS architecture and design knowledge: transactions, Cloud technology, security, middleware, collaboration platform, databases, operating systems, networks, recovery, backup.
  • Good knowledge of IT security and firewall concepts and their implementation.
  • NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 370.72, tax free.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
