Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid Mode*)

You have:

A degree in computer science with emphasis on application development and data analysis or an acceptable combination of relevant education, experience, and training. A Microsoft Certification is an asset. Proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking). Substantive experience developing and maintaining M365 solutions, D365 CRM solutions and/or D365 Business Central solutions, and experience configuring and administering M365 and D365 services. Hands-on experience building, designing, and converting Nintex workflows, and hands-on experience with PowerShell, JavaScript/HTML, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Rest API, Graph API. An in-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment. An enhanced knowledge of business analysis.

You are:

Able to bridge the communication gap between the business and technology stakeholders. Able to work in a fast-paced environment meeting multiple demands and deadlines. A team player who is proficient at planning, organizing, and coordinating. Able to make sound judgement and take initiative.

You are interested in:

Working closely with the Digital Solutions Management unit members to design, develop and implement the proposed solutions to help achieve the Centre’s mission. Providing technical advice on the industry standards, design, usage, functionality, behaviour, and user interface specifications and configuration parameters related to supported or proposed technologies and services to fit business needs. Identifying and advising on alternative service delivery methods and improved service delivery. Helping guide the team in defining the scope and commitment of each phases of implementation. Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.
