Since 2013, ACF has been operational in Erbil, Dohuk, Ninewa, Sulaymaniyah and Diyala Governorates of Kurdistan region of Iraq. As of today, ACF Iraq is operational in Erbil and Dohuk Governorates of Kurdistan region of Iraq, as well as in Ninewa Governorate of Iraq, and is working on the expansion of its response to South and Central Iraq. Throughout 2017, ACF has been implementing its humanitarian response in Iraq with an integrated, multi-sectorial approach, addressing WASH, MHCP, Food Security & Livelihoods, as well as Nutrition-related needs of the Syrian refugees and the Iraqi IDP population in camp and non-camp settings.
Since 2018, ACF is willing to continue the provision of humanitarian response in the areas still presenting urgent needs while designing and rolling out post-emergency / recovery interventions.
The position will be based at the coordination office of ACF in Erbil with some travels to the field when required. The Grant and Partnership Manager (GPM) will work under the supervision of the DCD- Programme and in close collaboration with the different Head Of Departments and other department staff. Currently the GPM doesn't have human resources management responsabilities.
The projects' portfolio under programme is composed by 4 projects (WASH, FSL, and MHCP) implemented from Basra and Mosul ACF bases. Other proposals have been submitted in WASH, FSL and MHCP and are now on pipeline. A potential increase of the programme portfolio in other regions of Iraq (Central and Sothern Iraq ) is foreseen.

As a key member of the coordination team and under the supervision of the DCD Programs, you will support the implementation of the ACF funding strategy in Iraq, being responsible for the day to day grants and contract management of the ACF portfolio, supporting in grant compliance, contributing to the new funding proposal development, grant modifications, donor relations, partnership management, ensuring the quality and timing reporting and donor compliance during the implementation.
More precisely, you will be in charge of :
You hold a Master degree in International Development, Social Sciences or any related field in alignment with the relief and development sectors.
You have a significant experience in project Cycle Management and partnership/consortium management strategy and implementation.
You have a minimum of 2 years of reporting and program experiences in the INGO/Humanitarian field, you are familiar with BHA, EUROPEAID, ECHO, UN, AFD, OCHA and others donors regulations and on line platforms.
With strong skills in program development and reporting (with an excellent written and spoke English abilities, and an additional asset Arabic or Kurdish language), you are comfortable with collection of documentation related to INGO/Humanitarian and development sector (WASH, FSL, Nutrition, Mental Care Practices, etc)
You demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks efficiently.
A previous experience in the Middle East and in emergency response, conflict or IDP/refugees/returnees context is desired
